Terms of service

Pompi provides tools for publishing mobile pages and digital business cards, managing QR and NFC distribution, measuring campaigns, and handling contacts. Features available to an account depend on the current plan and enforced limits.

You are responsible for accurate account information, access credentials, organization members, and actions performed through your account.

Organization owners and administrators control member access. Invitations and permissions must only be granted to authorized people.

You retain responsibility for content you publish and must have the rights and legal basis required to publish it.

If you collect contact data, you are responsible for the form purpose, follow-up, and any additional legal notices required for your activity.

Free and paid limits are enforced by the application. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected interval until canceled according to the billing flow.

Credits are a separate mechanism for supported temporary or one-time resources. Their cost, duration, and expiration are shown before use.

Do not use Pompi for unlawful content, impersonation, malware, spam, unauthorized tracking, or attempts to bypass security and plan limits.

We may suspend access needed to contain abuse or security risk. Planned and emergency maintenance may affect availability.

You may cancel a subscription and request account deletion through the available account controls. Obligations created before cancellation remain due.
